I am a quaified executive coach, an AC Master Coach Supervisor and a coaching supervisor with Oxford Brookes University. I am also a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor. I have presented and published on attachment, power and wisdom in coaching and supervision.
Previously: I orginally trained and worked as a doctor, before becoming a TV programme-maker and then a senior manager in the BBC Strategy Division.
